Survivorship Data
This graph shows the percent of surviving oysters in each bag across our five sites over the course of the summer. While CMAST, Duke Aquafarm, and Ward Creek experienced relatively little mortality, both Stump Sound and Ward Creek experienced significant drops in survivorship.
Mortality Events
This figure shows the mortality count of oysters at CMAST across the four different genetic strains tested. Mortality mostly occurred from July through September. Mortality was relatively even across each of the genetic strains.
